Terms of Service

BidRadar (bidradar.pro) is a product of Tech Aid Pro, LLC, which is the party you contract with when you subscribe. BidRadar is a search, matching, and alert service for publicly posted government bid and solicitation opportunities, for businesses in any industry; the procurement sources it currently collects are listed at bidradar.pro/coverage. Creating an account requires only an email address -- BidRadar never stores a password unless you choose to set one, and you can sign in with a one-time code emailed to you instead.

BidRadar is not affiliated with any government agency, including the State of Tennessee and the counties and cities whose postings it collects. Official solicitation documents at the source link govern, not BidRadar's summary of them.

Paid plans bill on a recurring subscription through Stripe. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current billing period rather than losing it immediately.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: your email address (for login and account-related email); if you set up matching, the trade, jurisdiction, keywords, and geography you tell us to match against; any searches you save; and billing identifiers from Stripe (a customer and subscription ID -- BidRadar never sees or stores your card number, Stripe handles that directly).

Cookies: an anonymous session cookie (no personal data in it) used to avoid double-counting page views, a login-state cookie once you sign in, and a theme preference cookie if you use the light/dark toggle.

Usage analytics: BidRadar records which pages are viewed and which search/alert actions happen, tied to your anonymous session and, once you're logged in, your account -- used to improve the product, not sold or shared with advertisers. Alert emails contain an open-tracking pixel so we know whether an alert reached you.

Your data, your control: from your account page you can export everything BidRadar has on you as a JSON file (/account/export), or delete your account (/account/delete), which revokes your sessions, removes your saved searches and matching profile, and anonymizes your usage history.

Refund Policy

Tech Aid Pro, LLC does not offer refunds for BidRadar. Once a subscription payment processes, it is final. You can still cancel at any time (see Terms above) to stop future billing -- canceling just doesn't refund what has already been charged. Billing questions: [email protected].
