BidRadar summarizes and normalizes public procurement information. The issuing agency's official notice and solicitation documents control -- verify requirements and deadlines at the official source before acting.
How we know each fact
| Fact | Basis |
|---|---|
| Title, issuing agency, solicitation number, contact | Stated by the source: copied from the agency's posting as written. |
| Deadline | Stated by the source as “10-06-26”, read in Eastern time. |
| Status | Derived: the source posts no status, so the record is open until its deadline passes and closed after. |
| Category | Not assigned. The automatic rules cover HVAC and mechanical work only; this record is still searchable by keyword and matched by the keywords in your profile. |
| Requirements | Read from the solicitation documents by fixed patterns, each shown with the sentence it came from. Nothing is summarised or paraphrased. |
This is version 1 of the record, built from an archived copy of the agency's page (fetch fch_yyt9w90578r0humsvetcmdcob5, object obj_27p4s4ms11vm93vs3g5752kt13, sha256 1c57bb23d00dbf46e97e49229f0441e59ddbf82d12a2d27b4127a21bc41e449d). It passed BidRadar's publication checks: a title, an issuing agency, a working official link, and a deadline that is either resolved or explicitly unknown. No text on this page is written by an AI: every value is the agency's own words, a normalisation of them (dates and times), a rule-based category, a sentence read from a document, or marked unknown.
